Bacon
One of our dear friends had lost two special dogs just a week apart, dogs that we considered family ourselves, and when she reached out to foster for us we knew just the right Bacon boi to give her.
Bacon settled right in and became besties with his foster sister Rosita, who had been struggling with suddenly becoming an only dog. The instant connection they had was obvious, and Bacon quickly convinced foster mom to admit that the light and spunk he brought into the household was one that would be hard to live without.
Bacon boi went from foster to forever home and now every day with Bacon is an adventure that doesn’t have to end. He goes hiking and exploring with mom all the time, and his every day antics with big sister Rosita never stop being hilarious and ridiculous.
Even though Bacon’s past before us was one of neglect, his joy for life has always been deeply infectious. We struggle to find the right words to express just how meant to be we find this little family, and how happy and proud we are that Swamp could play a part in bringing this family together.
Happy forever Bacon Boi. We are so happy to be able to watch your family heal and grow together. Never stop spreading your brand of silly, you goof.
